Problem: Internal and external training participants were unsure how to access and complete the courses they needed to prepare for the Sys Admin certification.
Solution: This video was created to introduce the new learning management system dedicated to certifications at the company and quickly walk participants through what to expect, how to navigate, and how the courses were organized. The video has only been in place for several weeks and there has been a recorded drop in questions to the learning team about the site’s use.
