Customer Development

Two courses, one for the store management team and one for managers overseeing the process, developed with a rapid development methodology to meet a new initiative spearheaded by the company CEO.

The development of the courses was cross-department and cross-discipline. One team was pulling together all of the structure around the program and another was developing the example videos for managers. I was responsible for bringing together all of these different elements, building assets, and putting together a cohesive and well-flowing whole for deployment.

The entire cycle took less than three weeks to implement.
