PROBLEM:

Non-developers/Subject matters experts were forced into ID roles, trainings were inconsistent or cookie cutter

SOLUTION:

I created a content template training left landing pages for each of these objective, but allowed the developer the freedom to fill those pages with unique information.  

This is an example of my content template training. At Bose, there were 6 objectives for all of the core product training courses: 

  • What the product is
  • The target customer
  • How the product is marketed
  • Top selling features
  •  An in-context tour of the features and benefits of the product
  •  How to engage the customer and manage their concerns 

This core training was used globally and added onto by internal departments like technical support.
